Southpointe Accident
One person has been seriously injured in a crash this morning on Interstate 79 in Washington County.
Dispatchers tell us that a car slammed into the back of a truck in the northbound lanes of 79 at Southpointe. Someone in that car was impaled with a piece of concrete rebar from the truck, and is being flown to a Pittsburgh hospital. Police are investigating.
