The Allegheny County Treasurer’s Office is closed, but its licensing window is open. Allegheny County courts are closed.

Trash collections in Pittsburgh scheduled for today are delayed by a day.

The Port Authority is operating on a normal schedule.

Also, mail will be delivered and collected.
