PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Police are investigating after one person was shot early this morning in the Strip District.

Officials say the man was shot around 2:30 a.m. at 31st Street and Penn Avenue.

So far, there is no word on his condition.

Authorities say witnesses reported hearing gunfire in the area shortly before the victim showed up at the hospital.
