From The Fan Morning Show
Pittsburgh Pirates pitching coach Ray Searage joined the Fan Morning Show to talk about the changes this offseason to the Pirates staff and roster. Searage thinks Charlie Morton is fixable and more of the problem is in his head.
Searage talks about the challenge he is embracing to work with the new staff of Clint Hurdle. One advantage that Searage has leading into next season is that he knows the personalities of the pitchers, which is the biggest obstacle to overcome when a new coach comes in. He has spoken with the majority of the rotation and has begun to implement is his offseason workouts with the players.
