Clark: Haywood A Great Addition To Pitt
Steelers safety Ryan Clark talked with Jim Colony after practice about the hiring of Michael Haywood as the new head coach for the Pitt Panthers. Clark has some experience with Haywood during his college days at LSU.
Clark said Haywood "was always pumped up, always enthusiastic about football" and will be a great addition at Pitt. The current Steeler went on to say that Haywood always commanded respect because he gave it in return as special teams coach at LSU.
According to Clark, the Panthers will always know where Haywood stands with them because he has a great ability to communicate with his younger players.
