Steelers Prepare For Sunday

PITTSBURGH (93-7 The Fan) - Steelers beat reporter Jon Burton talked with LaMarr Woodley about motivation for Sunday's game.

He said this year is a different season with a different attitude. They are determined to win the bye week in the first round of the playoffs.

Woodley said, this year's team is a team that knows how to finish a game unlike last year.

Woodley gives Burton a list of reasons to why Troy Polamalu was voted team MVP.

Burton also caught up with James Farrior as he and the team prepare for Sunday's game against Cleveland. The only thing Farrior remembers from last year's game was the cold weather and doesn't wish for that again.

Farrior said last year's loss definitely stoked a fire for the team because they hate losing to Cleveland.

Jim Colony caught up with Steelers center Maurkice Pouncey to talk football and life. Pouncey talks about being voted Steelers' Rookie of the Year and his selection to the Pro Bowl.

Pouncey knows that his awards are not his most important goal and the Steelers have many more things to accomplish. Most rookies hit a wall in their first full season,

However, Poucney said he has not hit that wall because of his teammates and their support.

Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger talks about his teammate Troy Polamalu being named Steelers MVP. Polamalu is a spark plug and an energy boost to the team, Roethlisberger said.

Roethlisberger knows the Browns will be ready for them this year and they will have to put a good game plan together.
