DUI is a crime and needs to have jail time on first offense period. DUI convictions do cost the defendant time and lots of money, but they need to have stiff penalty of jail time on first offense.6months to 1year minimum. Lets stop the madness of DUI causing deaths and heartache

My husband and I were on our way back from dinner at The Mills and got stuck for an hour and a half in the mess. I have panic attacks and almost had to call 911 to get me out of there. If it turns out that the guy was drunk, let me at him. I’d happily strangle him. If it was a medical situation, well I’ll let him off the hook.

I personally know the guy, he was on his way home from work when he had a seziure behind the wheel he not in anyway drunk!! people need to get their facts straight before accusing! I’m pretty sure your comments would change if it was your family member!!! the man cant help it if he has a medical condition and gets cleared to drive by the doctor!!!! it wasn’t his fault!!
