Bishop Zubik To Undergo Surgery

PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) — As first reported on NewsRadio 1020 KDKA,  the head of the Pittsburgh Catholic Diocese will be back in the hospital tomorrow.

Bishop David Zubik will have scheduled surgery at UPMC-Mercy to correct two problematic discs that have developed over the past couple of days.

Zubik tells KDKA Radio he could be hospitalized a few days, but adds his doctors have told him to clear his schedule the rest of the month to recuperate.

    I don’t see any other news story about any other priest(s). Why because they are not Catholic…
