Classic Gameday Burgers

Ingredients:
1 medium, finely chopped onion
3 tablespoons butter
2 pounds lean ground beef
2 tablespoons Heinz® Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup Heinz® Ketchup
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
8 Sesame seed sandwich buns, split and toasted

Burger Garnishes:
Heinz® Ketchup
Heinz® Spicy Brown Mustard
Heinz® Pickles
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Sliced onion
Sliced Cheddar cheese
Sliced Pepper Jack cheese
Crumbled Blue cheese
Guacamole

Preparation:
1. In a small skillet, melt the butter and add the chopped onion. Sauté until golden brown.

2. In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef with the sautéed onions, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup. Season lightly with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Mix well and form into 8 patties.

3. Grill the patties to desired doneness.

4. Set out all the garnishes in bowls and invite your guests to top their burger.

Serves: 8
