Market District Recipes: Fondue 2 Ways
Valentine's Day is less than a week away and if you're looking for a sweet way to spend the day, be sure to try out these two fondue recipes!
Chocolate Fondue

Makes: Approx. 3 ½ cups
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 4-5 minutes
Ingredients:
1 ¼ cup Heavy Cream
14 oz Callebaut Milk Chocolate, chopped
2 Tbsp. Liqueur (optional)
Directions:
In a saucepan over medium heat, bring heavy cream to a low boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, add chocolate, & let stand covered for 3-5 minutes, until chocolate softens. Whisk chocolate & cream together, then stir in liqueur. Transfer to a fondue pot to keep warm.
Quick Method: Heat the heavy cream until hot in the microwave, then pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate & stir with a whisk until smooth.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Fondue

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 4-5 minutes
Ingredients:
1 ¼ cup Heavy Cream
14 oz Callebaut Milk, chopped
½ cup Smooth Peanut Butter
Directions:
In a saucepan over medium heat, bring heavy cream to a low boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, add chocolate, peanut butter & let stand covered for 3-5 minutes, until chocolate softens. Whisk chocolate, peanut butter, & cream together. Transfer to a fondue pot to keep warm.
