nuring home patient? Who do you people hire to type?

How sad to think that when we are faced with using a nursing home to care for our elderly that this type of unanswered death has to be dealt with. We are told that our loved ones will be taken care of and shown dignity. This type of situation happens more then we know. My elderly aunt was found with a wash cloth stuffed in her mouth so she could not call out. The last years and hours of ones life should not be spent like this.
Poor training, poor pay, and not alot of supervision, not to mention checking credentials for elder abuse. Anyone can be an aide and they do not have proper training.

neither of my parents required nursing home care but i empathize with those who do much of the care patients/residents receive starts in the administrative office the cost is very high and when the care is not proper more than one person is responsible and that responsibility starts at the top
