Dr. Lauren Hale, Associate Professor of Preventive Medicine at Stony Brook, joined Rose and Paul this afternoon on the KDKA afternoon news. Dr. Hale discussed a new poll that indicates 43 percent of Americans between the ages of 13 and 64 don’t get enough sleep on the regular basis. Dr. Hale mentions some of the consequences that can occur due to the lack of sleep along with advice for getting back on a sleeping pattern.
