10th Street Bypass, Other Local Roads Closed

DOWNTOWN (KDKA) — Flood waters have forced the 10th Street Bypass to close.

PennDOT shut down the area to traffic around 8:30 p.m. Thursday.

Drivers who normally use the bypass should use Ft. Duquesne Boulevard as a detour.

Crews have wait for the flood waters to recede to clean up the road before it can reopen to traffic.

The Parkway Central or “bathtub” area is expected to take on water as well Friday morning.

The wet weather is affecting other local roads as well.

A landslide caused dirt, rocks and branches to cover one lane of Wibel Run road in Shaler. The road is now closed in both directions.

Lawrence County 911 tells KDKA-TV there are several roads closed due to flooding in Little Beaver, New Castle, Neshannock, Hickory and Mahoning.

The police shot a innocent man in homewood, but nobody want to talk about that….I guess the police can just shoot as many black people as they want with nobody saying notin about it!

nobody saying notin about it? You would get more respect if you typed, “No one has said anything about it.” Sometimes, the choices that you make in life, cause bad things to happen. Getting shot when told by the police to stop and you keep running or threaten them, or having a warrant our for your arrest are probably a couple of the things that can cause problems for a person, black or white! Put the race card away, be respectful, responsible, and your chances of getting shot are lessened!
