Local Attorney Gives Take On Orie’s Upcoming Case

PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) — Local attorney Al Lindsay joined Robert Mangino on NewsRadio 1020 KDKA.

Lindsay is a civil litigation and a criminal defense attorney.

Senator Orie has a second corruption case scheduled for next month, but her attorney is pleading for it to be thrown out due to double jeopardy.

We also had a caller who said he was on the jury for the first Orie trial.

These papers were a last minute bright idea by Orie and she is so pompous and thinks so highly of herself that she never considered she would be accused of lying and submitting forged papers and I hope she gets roasted for it. What bothers me is the whole time this trial is going on she continues to hold her job which to me is totally wrong.
