Criminal Defense Attorney Analyzes Sentence For Fatal DUI Crash

PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) — Criminal defense attorney Len Berger joined KDKA’s Robert Mangino on NewsRadio 1020 KDKA.  Berger discusses why he believes that Matthew Frank is  getting one to two years for aggravated assault while driving under the influence, homicide by vehicle, involuntary manslaughter, speeding and reckless driving. Berger suggests that Franks BAC  is not the reason he was even sentenced to jail. Listen in to Len Berger and Robert Mangino.
