Bell Transferring To Pitt?

Pittsburgh (KDKA)- If you believe the internet reports, former Gateway star LB Dorian Bell is coming to play for Pitt.

According to Bucknuts.com (website devoted to Ohio State football), Ohio State linebacker Dorian Bell has decided to transfer to Pitt.

Recently, the former 5-star linebacker was suspended for the entire 2011 season by Ohio State for violating an unspecified team rule.

As a senior at Gateway High School, Bell was rated the No. 3 outside linebacker in the country by Rivals.com.

Chris Peak, of Pantherlair.com, reports that Bell's former high school coach Terry Smith was unaware of the possible transfer.

After redshirting as a true freshman, Bell played in eight games in 2010. He would have three years of eligibility remaining after sitting out the 2011 season.

If this report is true, Bell would be the fourth transfer new head coach Todd Graham has landed since getting hired.
