PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) – PennDOT’s press officer Jim Struzzi joined Paul and Rose this afternoon on the KDKA Afternoon News to discuss the new traffic update display boards on the Parkway East.

Struzzi talks about how the first day of the new system went and when we may see the display boards on the other parkways.
