PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) — Former Pittsburgh University football player Mike Ditka joined Seibel, Starkey, and Miller on Sportsradio 93-7 The FAN to talk about the renewed rivalry between PITT and PSU in 2016 and 2017.

As a player during three of the rivalry games, in which PSU took two victories, Ditka spoke about his memories playing in those games saying it was a game each team looked forward to as players generally were recruited to each school and could face each other at the college level.  

Ditka talked about how this rivalry is great for Pennsylvania and although PSU is playing on more of a National level right now, he still anticipates a great game between the two schools.

We wrapped things up with Ditka asking him about the “Gridiron Greats” foundation, and he gave us information on how people can contribute to this great organization.
