Police Investigate Venango Co. Animal Cruelty Incident

PRESIDENT TOWNSHIP (KDKA) – Police are investigating a case of animal cruelty in Venango County.

According to Pennsylania State Police, the incident happened on June 12 around 2 p.m. in President Township.

Kevin Thomas, of Oil City, is accused of shooting a cat with a .22-caliber rifle.

Animal cruelty charges have been filed against Thomas.

No other details were released.
