Elderly Driver Hits Photography Studio In Beaver
BEAVER (KDKA) -- Workers are making repairs to a photography studio on Third Street in Beaver after an elderly driver plowed through the entrance.
An 85-year-old woman drove through the front door and plate glass window on Friday.
James Bango, the owner, was talking with a customer near the window inside the store when it happened.
The driver, whose car was parked at the front of the store, hit the gas pedal with the car in drive instead of reverse. The car jumped the curb, screeched and lurched forward.
Two people were taken to the hospital for minor injuries.
