PITTSBURGH (93-7 The Fan) — Days after Hines Ward’s arrest on DUI charges, Ryan Clark weighed in on his teammate’s troubles on The Fan Morning Show.

Clark told The Fan today that he will not reach out to Ward because “he is an adult”; but, he added, if Ward reached out to him, he would offer his support.

Following the arrest, Baltimore Ravens’ Running Back, Ray Rice, Tweeted about Ward and Clark was quick to his teammate’s defense.

Clark, who joins the Fan Morning Show every Tuesday for the “Ryan Clark Report,” also addressed the NFL Lockout.

While recent reports have said that the biggest issue between the NFL players and owners has been a rookie salary cap, Clark responded: “If that was the only issue, a deal would be done today.”
