CARRICK (KDKA) — Police are investigating following an overnight shooting in Carrick that sent one person to the hospital.

The incident happened around 1 a.m. on Brownsville Road.

According to emergency officials, a 24-year-old man suffered a gunshot wound to the leg.

He was taken to the hospital, but so far there is no word on his condition.
