With the goal in mind to educate the public on how to live better, the My Life Check assessment offers users the chance get their personal heart score and view a custom plan to improve their health.  As you go through the test, you will be answering questions about your physical activity, blood pressure and eating habits.  After the eight step questionnaire, you are given a score that measures your overall health status and goals to work towards.  Our very own AAA traffic reporter, Kathy Berggren, has taken the test and found ways to make better choices for her health.
