MLB Agent Scott Boras On Pirates Signing Josh Bell, Alvarez to AAA
PITTSBURGH (SportsRadio 93-7 The FAN) -- Scott Boras joins Seibel, Starkey, and Miller to talk about his client, Josh Bell, being signed to the Pirates organization.
Scott Boras first talks about the Pirates acquiring his client Josh Bell. He says with the revenue sharing system, organizations are now able to build within. Boras says his job is to provide an abundance of information to the player and his family making the decisions so they understand the draft process.
Boras says Bell is a very athletic guy who will contribute a big bat to the Pirates organization.
Scott Boras then talks about Pedro Alvarez going back to AAA and says he needs to go through the process of establishing consistency but says he will continue working to become the hitter he can be.
