HARMAR TOWNSHIP (KDKA) – The son of a couple who was found shot to death in West Deer this week has been located.

According to Allegheny County Police, 52-year-old James Yeckel Jr. was located near the intersection of Freeport Road and Route 910 in Harmar Township early Saturday morning.

Yeckel is facing charges of criminal mischief. Police say the charge is unrelated to the deaths of his parents.

On Friday, police released four photos showing him at different establishments in the Harmar Township area including a couple of convenience stores near the intersection of Route 910 and Freeport Road.
