Crosby Cleared To Skate With Team

Pittsburgh (KDKA)- The Pittsburgh Penguins will have their first practice tomorrow morning and could be joined by their captain.

No, Sidney Crosby hasn’t been cleared for full contact but he has been given permission to skate with the team.

Like last year, Crosby will be allowed to practice but not with contact. Doctors haven’t given Crosby a timetable for when contact will be allowed.

Crosby said that the concussion symptoms that he’s had have been minimal and is glad he’s been cleared for this.

The first practice tomorrow morning is open to the public.

    Just his presence on the ice will be uplifting, even if it only is practice. He is such a good role model for kids as well as his team.
