Police Investigate Squirrel Hill PNC Bank Robbery

SQUIRREL HILL (KDKA) – Police are looking for a man who allegedly held up a bank in Squirrel Hill Monday afternoon.

According to police, the robbery happened at the PNC Bank in the 5800-block of Forbes Avenue around 1 p.m.

Police described the suspect as a white man believed to be in his early 20s, with a blue button-down shirt and a pale yellow hat.

He told the teller he had a gun.

The suspect is believed to have run through the library across the street.
