ROSTRAVER (KDKA) – One person was killed in a Saturday evening crash in Westmoreland County.

According to the  Westmoreland County Coroner’s Office, the accident happened on State Route 3015 in Rostraver around 10:25 p.m.

The driver lost control while negotiating a curve in the road and went off the road. It came to rest on its roof in a creek bed.

Melissa Brown, 43, of Monessen, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Her vehicle was not equipped with air bags and she was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
