Local Firefighter Reportedly Assaulted

HERMITAGE (KDKA) -- A local firefighter was reportedly assaulted.

The alleged assault happened back at the station while firefighters from Hermitage station No. 1 were at a fire at the Penn Grove apartments.

The fire chief was notified of the alleged assault while he was on the scene of that fire.

It's unclear who assaulted the firefighter.
