There was a time not long ago when Ford’s Explorer was at the top of the SUV pile.  Bad publicity and bad gasoline prices knocked the American icon from its perch. With a head to toe redesign, Ford aims to get the Explorer back on top again and with honors like 2011  North American Truck of the Year, it looks like it could be on its way. As you can hear in my review, there is a lot to like about a kinder gentler Ford Explorer.
