GREENSBURG (KDKA) — State police need your help to identify a man caught on surveillance tape using a stolen debit card.

The video shows the man wearing a hat and red t-shirt inside of a Kmart in Indiana County on the afternoon of October 9.

He spends some time at the jewelry counter before trying unsuccessfully to make a purchase.

Police believe the card being used was stolen from a woman in Latrobe earlier that same day.

Police also released a still photo of a man using the stolen debit card at an ATM in Derry Township.
