Police Investigate Overnight Home Invasion In Lawrenceville

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — Police are investigating after a home invasion overnight in Lawrenceville.

Authorities say the victim was pistol-whipped, tied up and robbed.

The incident happened just after 1 a.m. on 53rd Street near Poe Way.

Police say two suspects kicked in the front door and got away money and jewelry.

There’s no word yet on whether any arrests have been made.
