PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) — The “couldn’t say no” ad was part of the PLCB’s media campaign saying to much alcohol is directly related to negative consequences. 

The new campaign set a backlash that caused the PLCB to pull the ad. 

KDKA Radio’s Robert Mangino talked to Penn State student Julie Mastrine to see why she was against the ad and why she thought it was blaming the victim.
