Heinz Red Zone: Southwest Crab Pizza

STEELERS HUDDLE “Heinz Red Zone Recipe”: Southwest Crab Pizza
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Dash of Heinz® Worcestershire Sauce
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 10-inch, thin crust whole wheat pizza shell
12 ounce bottle Heinz® Cocktail Sauce
1 8-ounce can crab meat
4 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 ounces shredded Pepper Jack cheese
6 green onions, chopped
1/2 red pepper, chopped
1/2 cup black olives, chopped
1 large tomato, chopped
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. In a small bowl, mix first six ingredients until smooth.
3. Bake pizza shell in oven for 8 minutes (to crisp the shell). Place shell on a large round serving platter and allow to cool.
4. Top the shell with the cream cheese mixture and spread evenly. Layer the remaining ingredients in order. Cut pizza into 8 pieces and serve immediately.
