PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — The Allegheny County Sheriff’s Office says deputies have arrested one of their most wanted fugitives.

According to the sheriff’s office, 46-year-old Timothy Horvat of McKeeport is facing charges following an alleged altercation with three Pittsburgh police officers back in May.

The sheriff’s office reports that Horvat was wanted on three counts of aggravated assault in connection with the incident.

After not showing up for court earlier this month, he was placed on the most wanted list.

Horvat was arrested without incident at an apartment on Penn Avenue in Bloomfield on Wednesday.

He was being held in the Allegheny County Jail.
