The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program is a joint effort between Columbia Gas, Equitable Gas, Peoples Natural Gas and Peoples TWP.

Federal funding of more than $200 million is in place in Pennsylvania for grant recipients between now and March 29, 2013.

The grants can be used for cases such as broken heating equipment, a lack of fuel, or no fuel.

If you’ve already received a grant and find yourself in a heating emergency, you do not need to complete another application.
