PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) — Pitt basketball coach Jamie Dixon said Monday that junior power forward Dante Taylor injured his back in practice and was unable to return.

The injury occurred when Taylor fell to the court, and he was expected to see a doctor Monday. There has been no further update to Taylor’s status.

Junior point guard Tray Woodall, who missed nearly a month because of an abdominal injury before his return Saturday night against Louisville, participated in a full practice.
