National Letter Of Intent Day Analysis From Bruce Feldman

PITTSBURGH (93-7 The Fan) - College football writer for CBS Sports, and author of "Swing Your Sword," the New York Times' Best Seller, Bruce Feldman joined the Fan Morning Show on Tuesday to talk about National Letter of Intent Day.

Greg Schiano jumped ship from Rutgers to the pirate ship of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and left a whole recruiting class hanging in the balance. Bruce thinks that most of the recruits are already committed and will not have the time to shop around to other schools. For the moment, they will be stuck with former assistant Kyle Flood.

As for the situations at Pitt and Penn State with their new coaches, Bruce says we will have to take a wait-and-see approach. However, Penn State will always be a big sell to recruits, despite the fact that their coach, Bill O'Brien, still isn't with the program until he finishes his season with the New England Patriots.
