GREENE TOWNSHIP (KDKA) — Crews were able to bring a fire at a gas well in Mercer County under control early this morning.

Officials say the fire broke out around 4:30 a.m. near East Jamestown Road in Greene Township.

According to emergency officials, the fire forced people to evacuate from one home in that area.

No injuries were reported.
