What's Up With This Winter?

PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) -- It's the halfway point for the season, and Punxsutawney Phil says we'll have six more weeks of winter.

But a lot of people are saying they would be fine with more winter if it is as mild as it's as been. But has the winter really been that mild?

KDKA AM's Larry Richert and John Shumway talk to KDKA-TV meteorologist Dennis Bowman for a retrospective on how winter has been so far and what we could expect in the second half of the season.
