Car Accident Victim Who Battled Brain Damage Has Important Message

PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) – Alisha Webb was on her way to her CCAC class when her car slipped on black ice and was hit by an SUV.

The accident left her brain-damaged to the point that the doctors said she would never wake up.
