PITTSBURGH (93-7 The Fan) – Host of “NHL Live” on the NHL Network, E.J. Hradek joined the Fan Morning Show on Monday to preview the moves that may, or may not be made before the 3 p.m. trade deadline.

It doesn’t appear that Penguins’ General Manager, Ray Shero will make a deal, but E.J. would not be surprised if he were able to work out a minor trade to help add some more lineup depth. However, E.J. does not believe the Penguins will do anything but try to improve their current roster.

As far as other teams, E.J. thinks that you have to keep an eye on what other teams in your division, and conference are doing. But, it is best for general managers to focus on their own team and how to put them in the best position to succeed.
