PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) – Rob Pratte talked to the director of the ShaleNET Western Hub Byron Kohut. Byron told Rob what programs they offer and how the are preparing student of all ages to get work and be successful with the jobs that are coming to our region.

The program covers everything from interviewing to preparing men and women how to do the various jobs.

Rob also talked with Al Catazarite, Vice President-Public Outreach for The Pennsylvania Independent Oil & Gas Association (PIOGA). Together they are recruiting, training, providing placement and job retention for the natural gas drilling industry.
