Pirates' $51.5 Million Man Ready To Lead By Example
PITTSBURGH (93-7 The Fan) - The Fan Morning Show is broadcasting live from Pirates Spring Training all week long at McKechnie Field in Bradenton, Fla. The first guest to pay them a visit was center fielder, Andrew McCutchen.
Andrew is still fresh off of his 6-year, $51.5-million contract and is happy to have that financial stability for his children and his grandchildren. He is relaxed and ready to focus on baseball.
Andrew is a leader on the team but will try to keep his leadership role at a "lead by example" basis and let Manager Clint Hurdle handle the controls.
