PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) – Over four years and $523.4 million later, the North Shore Connector is officially open.

While officials and fans say it will make commuting easier and make new T development possible, others see it as a huge waste of public money.

KDKA-AM’s Larry and John talk to Jake Haulk, President of the Allegheny Institute, about why he’s not happy with what has become the most expensive and controversial construction project in Pittsburgh history.
