McKEES ROCKS (KDKA) — Police took two people into custody early this morning after an overnight armed robbery in McKees Rocks.

According to authorities, the BP gas station on the 800-block of Island Avenue was held up just after 3 a.m.

Police say two men, who were both armed, fled the scene in a black Jaguar.

Two people were taken into custody a short time later at 16th Street and Liberty Avenue in the Strip District.

One of the men was taken to the hospital after complaining of an arm injury.
