PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — Police are investigating a deadly freak accident in Pittsburgh’s East Liberty neighborhood.

A worker was electrocuted at a construction site. The Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the victim as 26-year-old Joshua Oswalt from Pittsburgh.

It happened inside Matthews Marking Products on Penn Avenue near the new Bakery Square development.
