PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — A bank on Pittsburgh’s North Side has been temporarily closed this afternoon as police investigate a robbery.

According to emergency officials, it happened this morning at the Isabella Street branch of the First National Bank near the 100-block of Federal Street and across the street from PNC Park.

KDKA’s Ralph Iannotti reports from the scene that police say the suspect may have fled with as much as $10,000.

The suspect is being described as a white male, standing at five-feet-five-inches tall and weighing about 150 pounds. He was wearing a blue shirt at the time.
