PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) – Rob Pratte was joined by Rick Macklin, president of Beemac Trucking, Sunday morning.

They talked about how the trucking industry been affected by oil and gas prices and how they have to pass some of that cost on to the consumer.

Rick is taking this a step further by opening a natural gas service station that will be usable by anyone with a natural gas vehicle.

Rick said that he expects this station to be open in the early spring of 2013. He said one of the reasons this is important because it will benefit for his kid’s own kids and the better air they will breathe.
