PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) – State Sen. Elder Vogel joined Rob Pratte to talk about the legislation he introduced which is designed to attract investments into the growing ethane market coming to our region.

Vogel said,” This legislation will show Shell and other manufacturers that Pennsylvania is open for business.”

He went on to talk about how tax credits will protect the taxpayer and attract business at the same time.

Pennsylvania has utilized tax credits in the past for alternative energy development – the film tax credit and a job creation tax credit.
